Instructions for TAS Plan Review and Project Registration
To download the current Adobe Reader - select this link #1 Complete the project registration form. #2 Complete OCG Order Form. #3 Complete Proof of Submission Form (licensed design professionals only) #4 Complete Owner/Agent Designation Form (Required when owner has chosen to designate an agent) * Please note: When registering with TDLR directly online, you MUST print out the CONFIRMATION PAGE for your records and send a copy to OCG along with the OCG Project Order Form. Preliminary Plan Reviews: If you are sending a preliminary review, please fill out the OCG Preliminary Review Form. If you are using Adobe Reader, you may edit and print to Microsoft Office Document Image Writer (.mdi file). This will allow you to save and send electronically. Preliminary reviews may be sent in most electronic formats such as dwg, TIF and pdf. |
